Gentlemen,
As you are probably already aware, the PHO has extended the 50-person max occupancy ruling for private events in NEBC into the New Year. Due to the inability to increase attendance, your executive and I have decided to postpone the Christmas Party this year and move the December General Meeting back to Thursday December 9th, 2021 at Mondo’s Restaurant. The meal will be Surf n' Turf. Doors open at 6pm, dinner will be served at 7pm. Proof of Vaccination will be required. Be sure to RSVP online through the link in this email.
We will be presenting the Oilman of the Year and the Ivor Miller awards at the meeting as well as announcing the results of the directors’ election.
This months door prize will be a Pitboss Sportman 1100 SP smoker.
I know that many were excited at the possibility to go out for a good time at the Christmas Party this year. I apologize for this abrupt change of plans.
