Entries limited to the first 110 oilfield personnel registered for draft. Locals must be paid members of The FSJ Petroleum Association. All teams are drafted from individual paid entries. Registration will be held at the North Peace Arena between 5pm and 7pm. Teams will be drafted on Registration night starting at 7pm and the first game will start at 9pm after the draft (bring your gear and be ready to play). All Games to be played at the North Peace Arena.
Entries must be completed online, postmarked or e-mailed Feb 1st to 4th, 2026. Entries will NOT be accepted prior to these dates and all entries after these dates will be viewed as late. Registration does not guarantee acceptance to the event. Entry fee $225.00 / player. All fees payable to Fort St John Petroleum Association Hockey Tournament or register online to pay by Credit Card. Tournament includes 5 games, door prizes, 3 breakfasts, and 1 stag ticket.
No Refunds After Cancellation Deadline Midnight March 15th, 2025.

This month's General Meeting is Thursday, April 9th, 2026
The meeting will be held upstairs at the Fort St. John Curling Rink. This month's meeting will coincide with the FSJPA 4-4 Hockey tournament stag night.
Doors open at 6:00 pm and dinner is at 7:00 pm.
Members wishing to attend will need register online and be in good standing with the association. There is a $20 charge for members as this is a special event.
Members are permitted to bring a guest, however guests are required to purchase a stag night event ticket at a cost of $100 from the FSJPA Hockey Committee.

The meeting will be held upstairs at the Lakepoint Golf & Country Club.
Cocktails at at 6:00 pm and dinner is at 7:00 pm.
The monthly general meeting is would have collided with the 62nd FSJ Petroleum Associations Golf Tournament, so we have opted to move this meeting to co-inside with the events stag night. As such, there will not be a meeting agenda at this event.
As this is a special event guests are not permitted.

ENTRIES:
1) Employees, Officers or Directors engaged full time in the Petroleum Industry, Exploration, Drilling, Development, Production, Refining, Marketing, Supportive Services and Suppliers. These personnel must derive a minimum of 85% of their earnings from the Petroleum Industry for three months immediately prior to the date of the function.
2) ALL LOCAL participants must be paid up members of the Fort St. John Petroleum Association, by no later than March 11.

4) Must Register Wednesday Night Between 4:00pm-7:00pm AT LAKEPOINT GOLF COURSE with a Speed Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament to start at 7:00 PM. Table assignments occur at registration.

15th Annual Family Camping Weekend
AUGUST 21-23, 2026
Registration Opens June 1st
The FSJPA Family Camping Weekend offers a fun-filled weekend with back-to-back activities for the entire family.
The best part (arguably) – all meals are provided!
Registration opens on Fri Aug 15th from 4-8pm. All guests MUST register during this time. While the parents set up camp, kids are encouraged to participate in the Golder Duck treasure hunt for prizes, and to tour the park on a horse-drawn carriage. After dinner, kids can take in a movie on the big screen, while the Ladies Pottery Night runs in the Pavilion.
Saturday kicks off with breakfast and complimentary coffee. The festivities continue throughout the day with many events at the campsite for all to enjoy. Activities include bouncy castles & slides, laser tag (you read the right!), mini golf, wagon rides, and much more!. We have a fantastic Saturday dinner planned with the Large Duck Auctions. Movies and popcorn are shown on the jumbo screen in the park, while we host a DANCE afterwards.
Sunday is highlighted by breakfast, kids’ crafts, wagon rides, and a live demonstration from the Taylor Fire Department. To wrap up the weekend, we drop 600 ducks into the Peace River for the 13th Annual Duck Race –

After you pay and submit your family registration form, you must contact Jason Jardine to book a camping spot at Peace Island Park before Aug 17, 2026.

If you do not contact to register a specific spot, you will be given a random campsite, without exception! If you are camping with someone that already has a spot, you must contact Jason to be booked on the same site.
FCW is taking registrations for up to 120 units, after which time there will be a waiting list!!!

Campers will be responsible for the cost of any additional nights out side of Friday and Saturday.
Entry Eligibility Requirements
All local registrants must be registered members of the FSJ Petroleum Association. Non-member registrants will not be accepted. FSJPA Application Forms can be found www.fsjpetroleumassociation.com/electronic-application.
1. The criteria for becoming a member are as follows: Employees, officers, or directors engaged full-time in the petroleum industry, which includes exploration, drilling development, production, refining, marketing, and supportive services and supplies. These personnel must derive a minimum of 85% of their earnings from the Petroleum industry and have been employed in the industry three (3) months immediately before the date of the event.
2. Membership dues must be paid before attending the event.
3. All other out-of-town entrants must be engaged full-time in the Petroleum Industry.
NOTES
1. Entry form registers ONE camping unit. Guest camping with you in separate unit need to fill out another Entry Form and MUST meet Eligibility Requirements.
2. Guests must abide by all Peace Island Park rules which includes no ATV’s allowed in the Park area. 24 hour security provided throughout park and overflow area.
3. Consumption of Alcohol is prohibited during organized events.
4. All participants to assume full responsibility for their actions.
5. We encourage group camping – we are trying to maximize space so all can enjoy this event. Please utilize one stall for 2 camping units if possible.
6. Waiver Form MUST be signed upon event registration starting 4pm on Fri Aug 15. ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER FRIDAY BEFORE 8pm
7. No Fireworks allowed in Peace Island Park.
8. Attendees must abide by any provincial fire bans.

The meeting will be held at the North Peace Rod & Gun Club.
The range opens at 4:00 p.m. for some trap shooting and dinner is at 7:00 p.m. Clays will be provided by the FSJPA and shells will be available for purchase on location for $20/box. If you do not own a shotgun there will be some on site that can be borrowed. Please indicate if you are planning to attend to assist us in meal planning and seating arrangements.

65th Annual Curling Bonspiel
NOVEMBER 18-21, 2026
1. Must be a member in good standing with the Fort St John Petroleum club or affiliate Petroleum clubs. Please contact a board member or bonspiel committee representative for further clarification.
2. All other out of town curlers must be engaged in full time Petroleum Industry. All curlers must provide complete contact information before participating, including full name and all contact phone numbers applicable.
3. FOUR (4) eligible curlers are required to validate the entry.
4. Curling starts Wednesday at 4 pm. (not all teams will curl this day).
5. Bonspiel is limited to the first 24 paid rinks. Entries open on September 22, 2026 and close on November 13, 2026.
6. To register, you can mail, or email completed forms to curlingbonspiel@fsjpetroleumassociation.com. Payments may be made by cheque, online, or in person. Cost per team is $500.00, payable to Fort St. John Petroleum Association Curling Bonspiel. Mailing Address PO Box 6122, Stn. Main, Fort St John, BC V1J 4H6
7. Entry fee refunds will be made only on cancellations received by noon November 7, 2025.
8. Each team is eligible for $1,000 cash in the reverse draw held Thursday night.
9. Each team is invited to a Banquet on Thursday night with entertainment of a voluntary, no charge Poker Night for only Petroleum Association curling bonspiel participants!
10. Friday Night Dinner and Social upstairs at the curling rink! Curling games to continue into the evening.
